This women’s cigarette case was made in Mikhail Perkhin’s workshop in the Louis XVI style. It is decorated with white guilloche enamel and painted enamel laurel branches, as well as red ribbons tied in a trademark bow. A similar ornament was used in the creation of the Gatchina Palace Imperial Easter Egg. The top and bottom of the cigarette case, as well as the stitching around its lid, are decorated with a strip of pearls.
